Registration Payment Service FAQ
All financial transactions are processed and managed by PayPal.
Log onto your PayPal account.
You need to monitor your PayPal account and keep an eye on the payments. Sometimes PayPal asks you to manually accept a payment. Sometimes you might find that payments have been disputed in which case you'll want to delete/downgrade the corresponding membership.
- Obtain the invoice number as given on the payment details on your PayPal account
- On the PoppyDog Registration Payment Service Control Panel and click the 'Manual Override' button
- On the page that is displayed, simply enter the invoice number. Details of the membership will then appear, together with options to delete,accept,upgrade or downgrade the membership (where applicable)

- On the PoppyDog Registration Payment Service Control Panel and click the 'Manual Override' button

As the payment pages are generated by PayPal, you need to log onto your PayPal account and use their tools to change the colors used on the payment pages.
