Switching off CAPTCHA (form image verification)

If someone is logged onto your website, then the image verification (captcha) does not appear in the forms. Also if you are approving registrations or verifying users email addresses then the captcha does not appear in the registration forms. You can also switch off the CAPTCHA for both the forum boards and the message boards by going to the Style/Display page on the ForumBoard Builder and/or MessageBoard Builder control panel and selecting the option to switch it off.

Why can't I switch it off for the Guestbook?

The guestbook is a 'fill in only once' form and is of the type targeted by automatic spammers. Therefore at present there is no option to switch it off. If you can come up with a convincing reason for us to provide an option to switch it off please let us know.
